A State of Flow

Flow state describes a feeling where, under the right conditions, you become fully immersed in whatever you are doing. Flow is the melting together of action and consciousness; the state of finding a balance between a skill and how challenging that task is. 

I don’t think there’s any science behind this, but I believe animals, especially wildlife in their natural habitats, are in a constant state of flow. Where there is no thinking, just action (or inaction) from a pure place of instinct. It’s what they are born to do. It relates to a lot of what I’ve mentioned before about ‘being yourself’. They just… are.
